We offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation for anyone interested in exploring counselling. This brief session is an opportunity for us to discuss your goals for counselling, and address any questions you may have about our work together. It is our hope you leave the consultation feeling comfortable to decide whether our practice aligns with your needs.

In each 50-minute individual counselling session, we will work collaboratively to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a safe and supportive environment. These sessions are designed to help you gain insight, develop coping strategies, and navigate life’s challenges. Whether you’re dealing with specific issues or seeking general support, our time together will focus on your goals and a path forward.

A 75-minute individual counselling session offers an extended opportunity for deep exploration and reflection. This longer format provides ample time to unpack your thoughts and emotions. A 75-minute counselling session is particularly beneficial for exploring complex issues or significant life transitions.

We believe quality care and support should be accessible to all, regardless of financial situation. If finances are a barrier, we offer a limited number of sessions at a sliding scale rate where the cost can be adjusted based on your financial need.
